The lifetime guarantee

The "lifetime warranty" is anfree additional warranty offered by Cabaïa in addition to the regulatory warranties in force (see point 12.2 of the GTC).

The Cabaïa lifetime warranty applies to the following products:

Backpacks
Travel bags
Lunch bags
Messenger bags
Crossbody bags
Laptop cases
Travel Kits
Pencil cases
Card holders
Pockets
School Bag
Vanity
Suitcases

In case of problem contact us with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photos of the problem(s)

What defects does the guarantee cover?

These items will be repaired or replaced.

Sewing defects:

• Top of the straps that tears
• Bag seams loosening
• Zipped seams tearing off
• Ripped seams

Buckles and interior pockets:

• Ripped pockets
• Broken buckles

Luggage accessories:

• Telescopic handle
• Side handle
• Detachable wheel
• Wheel attachment system
• Silicone nipple
• Elastic cord
• Pocket zipper

Other defects:

• Broken zipper pull
• Insufficient length of fabric (fabric that makes a hole at the seam)
• Faulty snap button
• Broken elastic

What the guarantee does not cover

Our commercial guarantee does not cover defects linked to use.

Non-exhaustive list of examples:

Cut in the fabric
Stain
Damaged fabric
Burning
Damaged bottom of the bag
Scratches on the faux leather elements
Attached handle clasps
Hole in the canvas

We therefore invite you to carefully check your product upon receipt to ensure that it is 100% in line with your expectations, if this is not the case, let us know in our warranty request questionnaire with photos of the problem. and your proof of purchase.

This warranty is valid for a period of 30 years from the date of purchase.
PS: Legally, the lifetime guarantee (until your death) is a concept that is difficult to define, so we thought that 30 years would not be bad.
