La "garanzia a vita" è una garanzia aggiuntiva gratuita offerta da Cabaïa in aggiunta alle garanzie regolamentari in vigore (vedere punto 12.2 delle CGV).

Crossbody bags
Laptop cases
Travel Kits
Pencil cases
Card holders
Pockets
School Bag
Vanity
Suitcases

In case of problem contact us with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photos of the problem(s)

What the guarantee does not cover

Our commercial guarantee does not cover defects linked to use.

Stain
Damaged fabric
Burning
Damaged bottom of the bag
Scratches on the faux leather elements
Attached handle clasps
Hole in the canvas

We therefore invite you to carefully check your product upon receipt to ensure that it is 100% in line with your expectations, if this is not the case, let us know in our warranty request questionnaire with photos of the problem. and your proof of purchase.

This warranty is valid for a period of 30 years from the date of purchase.
PS: Legally, the lifetime guarantee (until your death) is a concept that is difficult to define, so we thought that 30 years would not be bad.
