In-Store Purchases:

For purchases made in-store, it is possible to exchange items, but we do not offer refunds (in accordance with current law). You have a 14-day period to exchange your products at any Cabaïa boutique. Any purchase made at a Cabaïa boutique can be exchanged at another Cabaïa boutique.*

*Within the same country of purchase. (Belgium = return to Belgium / France = return to France, etc.)

Online Purchases:

Cabaïa bags sold with pouches on our website (Adventurer, Starter, Explorer, City, Diaper bags, Travel bags, Laptop sleeves, Laptop bags, Crossbody bags, Suitcases) must be returned exclusively through our online platform. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

These products cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store. Other products sold on the Cabaïa website can be returned to a boutique within 14 days for an exchange only.

For a refund, the return must be processed through the online platform. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the products, which must be complete and resalable. They will be issued to the original payment method.

My Account > Orders and Returns > Return an item. 

You don't have a customer account?

No problem, to find your invoice and download the return label, create a customer account with the email address you used when ordering: 

My Account > Orders and Returns > Return an item.

You will then have to stick the return label on your package.

*The returns of the orders dispatched in metropolitan France and the EU zone are free!

Returns are at your expense if you live outside the EU zone (Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA, etc).
